A typical brief will require AutoCAD plans and elevations. Hand sketches, lighting plans and underfloor heating layouts may also be produced as required.

The majority of design projects can be managed remotely, ie. via telephone and email. In person meetings or site representation are available at rates to be discussed for each individual project. We offer our services primarily in the Cheshire/Lancashire/West Yorkshire regions.

We also offer a Property Management service covering general maintenance and rent collection in both the commercial and residential sectors.
